Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Great communication and updates from Craig and very friendly. The courier, Phil, was also friendly. He gave a time slot the day before but also gave an hour warning before he was due to arrive. He also assisted in putting the furniture in place. Phil is on his own so does need someone to help him, which we were warned about and wasn't a problem for us. Would buy from Sussex Pine again if find another piece of furniture we like. Thank you.

Fully assembled product direct to your door

Amazing Service, Beautiful Bookcase

I purchased a beautiful bookcase, and Craig was incredibly helpful from the moment I placed the order through to delivery. He kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, and the item arrived right on time. The bookcase looks even better in person, and Craig kindly helped us carry it up to the third floor. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on new stock and look forward to shopping again!
